まぁほとんどが私の裁量ですが。

今回のN谷さんですが、短所を聞いたところ
「周りの意見に流されやすく、自分の思いを口に出来ない」

なるほど。

社会人として大きな弱点になりゆるポイントです。
出来るのであればこの段階で短所を克服出来ないか。

今回の方はいつもの面接は必要なく、そのまま採用の方向でしたが予定変更。

「内定、不採用」

この二つをふるいにかけ彼女を試します。

試すという言い方は語弊がありました。
この大きな壁を乗り越えていただきましょう。
