あかりさんの心音パート２です。
こちらは、息止めや運動系などを中心に窒息系や速い心拍数の動画が収録されています。
動画の長さは２４分２８秒です。

内容としては、

を収録しております。

息を止めたときの心臓の音は、あかりさんご自身で鼻をつまんでもらい計３回、息を限界まで止めていただきました。
本当に苦しくなるまで、頑張っていただきその姿が可愛かったです。
また限界になり、息を吐きだすと若干、心拍数も早くなり鼓動も強くなったように感じます。酸素が薄くなった体に心臓が一生懸命、酸素を循環させるように頑張っているのが分かります。

袋呼吸したときの心臓の音は、左手にパルスオキシメーターを付けていただきホースの先にビニール袋を付けたもので、限界まで呼吸をしていただきました。
パルスオキシメーターの数値も最初は血中酸素飽和度が９９でしたが、少しずつ下がっていくのが分かりました。そして、気づいたのが袋呼吸しているときよりも苦しくなってホースを口から放してからの方が一気に血中酸素飽和度が下がっていくのが分かりました。
最終的には９０まで下がり逆に心拍数は最初７８BPM位でしたが９６BPMまで上がっているのも分かります。あかりさんも苦しかったのか、ホースを放してから貪るように呼吸をしていました。その姿はとてもエロく感じましたね。

息を吸って鼻と口を塞いだ時の心臓の音は、ゴム手袋をつけた私の手で息を吸った時のあかりさんの鼻と口を塞ぎました。そしてその際にタイマーで、計測させていただきました。最初に３０秒に挑戦しましたが、あかりさんは難なくクリアできましたのでお次は１分にチャレンジしていただきました。しかしこちらも余裕のクリアでしたので最後に２分に挑戦していただきました。ちなみにあかりさんに２分のタイマーを見せると「絶対無理や」と突っ込んでおられました(笑)
しかし結果は驚きのものでしたので、是非皆さんには見ていただきたいです。
もちろんこちらも終始、心臓の音も録音してますので、その時の鼓動も聞いてもらいたいです。

そしてお次は、反対に息を吐いて鼻と口を塞い塞ぎまた、タイマーで計測しました。
あかりさんには限界まで息を吐いていただきましたので、相当苦しいはずですが３０秒は難なくクリアし続いて１分もクリアされました。最後に２分も計測してみましたがこちらも驚きの結果でした。ちなみにあかりさん曰く先祖は人魚だそうです。(笑)

運動後に圧迫したときの心臓の音はあかりさんに２分３０秒踏み台昇降をしていただき、その後私の手であかりさんの胸部を圧迫させていただきました。
あかりさんの心臓は、ものすごく速く鼓動されており、私の手にもその鼓動が伝わってきました。こんなに速く動いている心臓の鼓動を感じることはそうそうないのでとても興奮しましたね。
また圧迫は３回させていただきましたが圧迫している最中、あかりさんは苦しそうな表情をされておりますので、そちらにも注目していただきたいです。
