自己紹介と心臓の音はいつも通り、自己紹介をしていただいてから聴診器で心臓の音を聞かさせていただきました。普段運動をさているということなので心拍数も72BPM程で落ち着いており心音も力強い方でした。
いつも通りいろいろと質問をさせていただきましたが、質問に答えていただいているときは心拍数が高くなっております。特に「最近、心臓がドキッとしたことはありますか？」という質問に答えていただいているときは、心拍数も跳ね上がっています。その時のことを思い出して相当ドキッとしたんでしょうね。

自分の心音を聞いた時の感想では、「初めて聞いたかもしれない！すごい」と喜んでおります。途中で息を止めていただいたり頸動脈にも触れていただいております。

続いてスクワット中の心音を撮りました。スクワットは普段やるから得意と言っておりましたが、それでも初めてすぐに心拍数が上がっているのが分かります。
終わったときには１２０BPM程まで上がっており、「バクバクいってます。」や「息が切れる」など感想を言われております。
また心拍数が平常時に戻るのが速くリカバリーの速い心臓だなと思いました。

お次は胸部を圧迫させていただきました。
圧迫させていただくとすぐに心臓の鼓動に触れることができおそらく心臓が胸壁に近いのだと思います。そのため少し圧迫をすると苦しがっておりました。心拍数は速くなっていたものの不整脈などは確認できなかったので心臓がとても丈夫なんだと思います。

次は踏み台昇降をしたときの心臓の音を聞いていただきました。
踏み台昇降は得意ではないと言っていましたが、それでも頑張って２分３０秒していただき終わった直後の心音を聞いていただきました。
１０２BPMの心拍数でバクバクいっており、胸に手を当てていただくと心臓が震えていると表現されています。その後息を止めていただくと急に徐脈になり、潜水反応が出ています。
最後に深呼吸をしていただきました。

頸動脈の拍動と心音では、あみなさんの頸動脈がピクピクと動いているのがよくわかります。
また時折、生唾を飲み込む「ゴクン」という音と一緒にのどが動いているのが見え、妙にエロいです。
それとお昼時でしたのでお腹の音も鳴っておりました。

平常時の血圧と心臓の音はベッドの上に座っていただき、安静にした状態で血圧を測っていただいております。血圧も平均並みでありました。
その後にスクワットをしていただきそのうえで血圧を測っています。
もちろん平常時より上がっております。どれだけ上がったでしょうか？
